How to Cancel

  • Send a cancellation request via email to info@danmaretreat.com or through your Customer Portal
  • Your cancellation date is when we receive your written request
  • Peak season bookings (Oct–Jan, weekends, holidays) may have stricter cancellation terms — we'll let you know at booking

If We Need to Cancel

In the rare case we need to cancel your booking, you'll get to choose:

100% of your payment, processed within 5–7 business days

Move to new dates with a 10% discount on your stay

Changing Your Booking

  • Request changes at least 7 days before your check-in date
  • First two modifications are free — after that, a ₹500 fee applies per change
  • All changes are subject to availability

How Refunds Work

Refunds go back to your original payment method:

You'll receive a Refund Confirmation Email once we initiate the refund.

Natural Disasters & Emergencies

If your stay is affected by events beyond anyone's control (natural disasters, weather emergencies, government orders, pandemics, road closures), we'll offer you:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule within 12 months
