• All bookings are confirmed once you receive a Booking Confirmation Email with your Booking ID
• A minimum 30% advance payment is needed to confirm your reservation
• Please provide accurate details — your name, email, phone, and a government-issued ID at the time of booking
• Room allocation is subject to availability; we'll do our best to honour specific requests
• You can modify your booking (change dates, upgrade room) subject to availability — additional charges may apply

• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for check-in
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (additional charges may apply)
• Foreign nationals need to carry a valid passport and visa

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
• We accept Cash, Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers
• Online payments are processed through secure, certified gateways
• GST invoices are provided for all transactions

• A waiver form is required before participating in adventure activities
• Please disclose any medical conditions before joining activities
• Activities may be cancelled due to weather or safety concerns — full refund or rescheduling will be offered
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Always follow safety instructions from our guides and instructors
